GLASSHEADS, pt. 3 Cover Challenge

The digits

These look like values from a seven-segment display but they do not make any sense. Some of the digits are almost recognizable, which led me to the realization that they were mirrored upside-down and left-to-right.

After mirroring a photo of the digits, we can see these are not just digits but hexadecimal. Decoding the hex, we get the URL that leads us to the flag.
